The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an ability to work independently or with little supervision.ResponsibilitiesProvide Administrative SupportPerform clerical tasks and operate basic office equipmentTake incoming calls, answer general information inquiries, and forwarding to appropriate staffFile and maintain written and electronic documentation and correspondencePrepare materials for design and construction meetings; record meeting minutesSupport Superintendent with equipment inventory, tracking and organizing, and time card data entry for all craft workersReceive, sort, and log all incoming deliveries; prepare all outbound deliveriesEnsure procurement of office supplies and consumable materialsSchedule, track, and log all repairs and standard maintenance for the work trucksProvide maps and directions for visitors to the site; including subcontractors, new employees, and delivery personnelThis is a remote location project siteOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Skills:Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsDetail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasksMicrosoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate levelProven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skillsMinimum two years of construction office support experienceCurrent driver's licenseEducation:Associates degree in business or related administrative field strongly desiredMortenson is an EOE/Affirmative Action/M/F/Veteran/Disabled employer.
